Dubbing Slow Motion Video on the Apple Mobile Phone on Laptop?

There's the option to record slow motion videos on the APPLE smartphone, it also works and the recorded videos are played in slow motion. But if you copy the video files to the PC and watch them with the VLC player, they will be played in real time. How can you play these videos on the PC in slow motion or upload to Youtube?
