Presentation which media use?

Hello people I have a job interview and I have to introduce myself in 5 minutes. It means I had any media to free (for powerpoint I have no laptop, which I can bring). Which media should I use and do I have to use any at all? Or is that more a supposed but not a must? For more tips, I'm open.
