I do not want to cheat on anyone, something bad has never happened to me and I do not know what to do. Media Markt wrote to me today that you will not arrange for a refund or re-shipping, since you have a storage contract with DHL.
In addition, if one continues to believe that something unusual has happened during shipping with presentation of the purchase contract and the serial number of the laptop - which they send me a complaint to the police. These would take care of then. Then you should also send the ad to Media Markt.
I do not know what to answer. I like to go to the police, no problem, but does it bring me all my money or my replacement? It is a lot of money! What will the police do? Am I still the suspect who wants to suppress something? They are welcome to search my house. How much time will it take? This whole process also lasts around 1 week until I was told that there was an investigation and I should not worry. In order to go to the police then I also missed the package. At first I did not think about that, because all 4 employees of the hotline have always assured me everything will be alright.
