Water damage s7?

I have an old Samsung s7 which unfortunately has water damage and is no longer an issue. When I do it for charging, it flashes green at the top left and next to the home button at the bottom. But since I still have a lot of pictures and videos on it, I would like to try to get them on the laptop. That would work even if the cell phone no longer works

Or if I have a bit of experience, then you can also look at the back of the internal memory and expand it. Or you can send it to CBL, which is partly chargeable.
