Cortana PC app / incorrect region?

I bought a new laptop. Then I entered German (Switzerland) into Cortana since then I can no longer '' speak '' to Cortana. In the settings, I can no longer change that. (reset, restart, …)

The best thing to do is to contact Microsoft Support. Something like that should actually be changeable, but there are always individual cases so it's not bad.
