HP laptop reset. Why won't Cortana let me start up?

Moin, yesterday I reset my HP laptop with Windows 10. Now that I want to boot it up, I get this Cortana screen. This hangs up and then restarts again and again until the PC restarts completely at some point and everything starts all over again. Can someone help me in any way?

Try to click on the speaker on the right and remove all usb devices (except for the stick or mouse)

Unfortunately, that doesn't help.

Ever tried to wait until Cortana has settled in, the part is very annoying, because Cortana usually takes very long pauses between sentences. However, you should not restart it, but simply wait until you can select something yourself or Windows is finally finished

As I said. I waited, but then Cortana hangs up after a few sentences and the PC restarts.

I'm just saying so. Let the PC do what it wants to do, and until tomorrow morning if it still doesn't work I would just reset it again
