USB mixer with USB input / output?

Components PS4; Astro A 40 TR (Headset); Laptop.

My mission,
I want to be able to use the headset (with MixAmp) at the same time on PS4 and PC. The MixAmp should stay in the system because I can adjust the PS4 game and voice volume simply depending on the situation. The MixAmp has a usb and optical output. So I would need a mixer where my USB signal is split to a USB output and a jack output. And it should be possible to connect at a later time eg Rode nt1a.

Or a simpler solution to my problem.

Unfortunately, there's not neither low nor high priced area. The USB input some mixers have is for USB sticks or midi signals.
