Is an Intel Pentium Gold 7505 with IGPU worthwhile?

Wanted to ask whether a laptop with this CPU and IGPU for now and then photo editing and video editing (no games) and office things for example. Word and Outlook enough?

You can forget about photo editing, Office works just like that, but without large files.

At least one Intel Core i3 or Ryzen 3, everything else is unusable. More like an Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5.

For DV editing, I would get something decent. At least an i5. Otherwise it won't be fun.
