World of Warships playable or upgradeable?

I have a question.

I have a laptop with the following components:

-Intel (R) Pentium (R) Gold 5405u

-Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620

-8GB RAM

-256GB Samsung SSD (of which only about 40GB are occupied)

-x64 based PC

Two questions. On the one hand, could you play World of Warships on this laptop in the lowest settings? As with the Intel settings, I played around a bit and set the CPU and GPU to maximum performance with network operation and enlarged the swap file. The second question would be, could you replace the CPU? Saw the same laptop for more money with a different processor.

No, you can't upgrade anything, if at all, the RAM.

Just try it out and see if it works?
