My old laptop has given up the ghost in the past few days. Now I'm looking for a laptop with which I can do something for school (Microsoft Office etc.) as well as games (such as Crusader Kings 3, Anno 1800, World of Warships etc.). I prefer to play bigger games like Witcher 3 or Red Dead Redemption 2 on the console. But I like to try out games like World of Warcraft, even if I have to turn down the graphics.

That is thick enough. You can also play The Witcher with it.
Sure, you just might have to lower your standards. But if the mobility aspect is not that important to you, you will probably benefit more from a desktop calculator.
