The question is at the top. So if you close a laptop, it actually goes into standby. But to leave that open is stupid.
You can also set what should happen when closing.
Yes it is clear. It only has to be set (energy options) that when the laptop is closed the laptop does not go out or goes into standby.
Yes, but you could use it so that you would have two monitors. Wouldn't it be worth a try?
That's fine. Set in the energy options. The keyboard is recognized automatically.
The only question is whether this really makes sense. If you close the laptop, the heat generated can no longer escape upwards. Depending on the load, it could get too hot and then switch off without warning.
Okay, but the screen of the laptop doesn't get too hot…
Ne distracts me like that.
Windows Search Bar> Control Panel> Power Options are small dropdown lists where you can choose options.
The screen is not the problem either. But the processor and the hard drive / SSD also generate heat and not too scarce. This also applies to the other components. The more extensive the application you use, the more warmth.
With 3D games and applications, it all comes together well. Definitely keep an eye on it.
