You need an app from the printer manufacturer for your mobile phone → playstore

This app only works for certain Samsung printers and only over Wi-Fi. The printer must therefore support Wi-Fi. This is not possible via the Fritz-Box USB interface.

The recommended setting to set up the printer as a network printer probably affects access from the PC. You'll also need to change the facility there.
