Buy a laptop / notebook, recommendations?

I'm thinking of getting a laptop or notebook. What the device can / should have:

- DVD drive

- Internet with Wi-Fi

- Use of streaming portals (Netflix, TV Now, Joyn, YouTube etc.)

- Storage capacity for your own photos, videos

- Writing program and spreadsheet (MS Office)

- USB connection

- HDMI connection

- Virus protection / firewall

Can you recommend good models that are cheap to buy? If possible with a link to the corresponding online shop.
