I have installed the new Windows 10 Update 2020-03. Before, the laptop worked perfectly, now it can no longer be charged, the battery says 0%, Wi-Fi can no longer be activated and the fan also no longer runs. Can a Windows update be responsible?

Gr

Yes it can! That's why I stay with Win 7!

I would like to install Windows 7, but strangely, it can't be installed on this laptop.

Yes it can come from that, but I don't think it can come from it.

Very unlikely that a Windows update is playing around on your fan or on your battery.

Undo the update and see if it works "normally".
If you can't get it, download a Linux version (e.g. Ubuntu), make it on a USB stick and install the system parallel to your Windows, if that doesn't work then your hardware is partly broken…

Had uninstalled it and it was still like that. When I turned off the laptop and had the battery outside for 5 minutes, everything was back to normal
