Notebook for under 400 euro?

As can already be seen from the description, I'm looking for the cheapest possible notebook, which is supposed to serve only for office work and Internet research. Could you recommend one, because of course there are thousands here. Is it better to take 8GB of RAM and more of an HDD or 4GB of RAM and an SSD? Of course, 8GB of RAM + SSD would be awesome, but difficult to find in this price range. In addition, most SSDs are only equipped with 128GB, which is not enough. 256GB is a must. Besides, 14 "would be perfect.
