My friend has a laptop and he has music loaded onto it, then the screen turned red and he turned it off. When switched on again, the laptop turned on, but there was only a black image to be seen. The fan and everything still worked, however. The laptop has Windows 10.
Tap that the screen is over. Does the screen come on? So does it glow black or does it stay off completely?
It stays all black
Then the screen is over or the graphics card has something. You can open the laptop and see if the contacts are possibly over.
Does it just stay completely black, or at least the backlight of the screen lights up? Even then it can be black, but what do I mean if there's any sign of life from the screen at all?
