Windows 10 does not boot from Windows USB flash drive / DVD?

Ja

I gave my mother an SSD for Christmas so that her slower PC (on which Win10 is already installed) gets faster. Now that I have the problem for some time now, she still can't use the SSD.

No, I've followed the boot order and that's not the problem.
When I start the PC from a Win10 USB stick or a Win10 DVD only the logo appears and it restarts after 3-10 seconds. There's also no charging circuit as it is usually in a Win10 installation.
Also on the USB stick it can't lie, because he has worked on my laptop and on the PC of my buddy.
I've already tried around on different boot options, all the same problem.
Could it be due to the outdated motherboard, the processor or even the graphics card?
Here are a few specs:
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 210
CPU: Intel Core i5 3450
RAM: 2x2Gb DDR3
I know that's awful, especially the video card. Is just an office PC (b.t.w. The 2013/14 is not safe)

Do you start the stick from Windows UEFI?

And no, it should not be your "old" motherboard.

If you are not sure if it is the video card, just take it out first and connect your monitor to the mainboard. So you have excluded a supposed source of error.

Incidentally, the internal graphics are almost as fast (if not faster) as your GT210. So you can basically leave them out.

Ja

What do you mean Windows Uefi? I open the Uefi with F2.
The video card does not allow my mother because "yes everything can happen". On the PC are important data, etc. Above. But if you persuade them to plug in the graphics card, I was aware that the GT 210 is garbage and the GPU of the processor is stronger.

In order not to spoil the data clamp the HDD from the PC, so the data is safe and at the same time a source of error less.

You can boot the stick in Windows UEFI mode. This is a boat method.
