No drinking coffee directly drinks 2 cups?

Huhu, I never actually drink coffee. However, yesterday was a long day at university and I was infinitely tired. So tired that I drank two small cups of coffee out of desperation. Is now not a strong coffee and still had a chocolate taste in it. In any case, I was not doing well in class afterwards. I was suddenly completely weak and my hands trembled. So much so that during the lecture I was almost unable to write on my laptop and I wrote myself extremely often. Now I don't know if it was because of the coffee or because of my extreme fatigue.

What do you think are more likely?

Fo

That will be the sum of both. First, extremely tired and second, the coffee

Some people react to coffee like this (my child too).

Vlt. But you only ate and drank a little throughout the day.

This is how coffee is level.

Coffee works very quickly and the effect decreases accordingly quickly. That means the stronger the coffee, the more the drop in effect. I have to get used to the body first.

Cl

On fatigue… Coffee only keeps you awake for a short time and when the effect wears off, you feel the same way as before.

I actually ate well, probably not quite as well. I drank a large glass of sparkling wine with the two small cups of coffee.

Ly

Yes, probably

I think that since you don't drink coffee otherwise, it may well be that the declining effect of the coffee has affected your circulation.

But do not think that the coffee is solely to blame. It is quite possible that you already had a fluctuating cycle due to tiredness, which was further affected by the effect of the coffee.

OK. You should drink up to 2 liters of water a day.
