Network problems?

I have a problem with the internet on my pc, on pc the internet is very slow and it's about 512ms, but on other devices like my laptop it's 40ms, what should i do?

Maybe it is due to the distance to the wireless router.

Otherwise maybe because of the age of the devices, some are fast and others slower

the ping… From where to where?
