Are many Germans unable to easily buy a laptop, which costs EUR 1100-1300?
Can already. If you save a little beforehand. With a little pear you don't knock all your money on your head every month. There's a lot that has to be paid not every month, but sometimes only once a year. You have to hold up.
But just say "I want a new laptop now" and march into the next (specialist) market and buy… Very few can do that.
Many Germans don't want to buy a laptop, which costs EUR 1100-1300.
Many don't even need one.
And most who use one don't need an expensive one.
Well… Think about it - ok, when I look at your other questions you don't think so easy - but still. Just for fun
a) why buy a 1300 notebook if you only do office work? I have a 17 inch model, meanwhile 6 years old, runs like a 1 - it cost me 600 euro.
b) if you only get just under 400 euro a month - e.g. Unemployment benefit. And the money still has to be enough for clothes and food - how much do you think 1300 euro are for a laptop?
Do you mean "easy" with no funding?
Most of them will manage that. But most of them simply don't want to:-)
Personally, I could easily afford a 1300 + € laptop, but my laptop only cost 400 euro.
Because I do not want it
Because I don't need the power of a 1300 euro laptop
Because I value energy-efficient hardware, long battery life, quiet operation and a compact design with my laptop. And funnily enough, this is more likely to be found in cheap devices.
So why should I spend more money on features that I don't need or use?
