I have certain programs and files on my laptop that I don't want on my pc. But when I download them to the laptop, they are also on the pc. And when I delete the files on the pc, they are no longer on the laptop. How do I turn this off?
You have probably installed some kind of program that automatically synchronizes the files.
Does that happen to all files, no matter where they are? Even with files that are located directly on C: \ and not in any folder?
I suspect it's one-drive, but you also need that for other things
In the OneDrive settings you can choose which folders should be synchronized.
