Laptop for video editing?

I'm looking for a laptop especially for browsing and cutting videos. But I don't have 1000 euro either. Are there any good ones for max 600 euro or so.

But a laptop is not recommended. Only with the PC would you get good performance for little money. A laptop under 1000 euro is more for office and school.
