As it stands above, my laptop does not recognize my mouse he always connects securely and then he gives birth again but the other USB mouse works and below is "USB device is not recognized" does anyone know why?

Could be that your PC can't install the driver for the mouse or the mouse is not compatible with your operating system.
Is it a wired USB mouse?
Or is it a USB wireless mouse?
What is the exact name of the mouse? Manufacturer? Type?
Can you find the mouse in Device Manager?
If you find the mouse, then you are interested in the message you find in the properties, ie in the driver.
