Which laptop for studying?

In the future I will study computer science and German as a teacher and wanted to have a laptop for my studies.

Now I want to buy one, but I don't know what kind of laptop would be ok.

I would of course use the "standard programs" of a student, watch videos from time to time and run a maximum of bluestacks (i.e. Mobile phone apps on the laptop).

Now I don't want to spend too much and I need your advice!

When I was studying, half of the class used an iPad Pro 12.9 in class. I can only recommend it, even if it's not a laptop.
