Best flip laptop?

I'm looking for a good flip laptop with 4k resolution and OLED displays and touchscreen.

PS: can a Chrome book only be used with the Internet?

Qu

Why a 4k resolution? Is that noticeable at all? If so, how important is the difference to Full HD for you? You will also have disadvantages due to 4k: higher GPU performance is required, which leads to a reduction in battery life. In addition, no game will run in 4k and you will have to play it on Full HD anyway.

I think the disadvantages are so great that 4k is not worth it as a laptop screen.

Yes, the difference is noticeable, I want to use the laptop primarily for writing with a pen, that is, you are always very close to the screen.

You should wait a few more days. In early February 2020, AMD announced new AMD Ryzen Mobile APU models in the 4XXX series. Depending on the manufacturer, they are offered in different configurations. Currently, these models with up to 8 cores are offered in addition to a Navi GPU with only about 15 watts of power thanks to improved 7nm production at TSMC. This would also have swept Intel off the market. Not to mention Intel / Nvidia combinations which consume more and are so unattractive for the user. Alleged "gamers" notebooks like the Predator series from a well-known notebook manufacturer will then secretly disappear. In addition, the Chinese have also announced some of their notebook processors based on ARM / RISC technology that should keep up with the performance of AMD.

So 2020 will be an interesting year for everyone who wants to buy a Lappi.

Hope you invested in AMD stocks the way you love AMD.

Ma

I don't love AMD. I'm only convinced that AMD is currently better than Intel or some other CPU manufacturers. And that can also be seen in the products that AMD is currently throwing on the market. That has nothing to do with love.

Da

Was that when AMD didn't have a Ryzen?

Ma

I've known AMD for a long time. The first AMD I owned was a 486 DX5 with 133 MHz clock. As fast as a Pentium 90 or 100 back then. Since then I've always compared Intel to AMD. And so far, Intel has never been better than AMD. With the failures that Intel has afforded in the last 30 years, because I really wonder that Intel has not yet gone bust.
