I have the following problem when connecting my Jbl Flip 5 to my laptop: It shows that the two devices are connected via Bluetooth, but if I e.g. Play music, you hear nothing. Tried to disconnect and reconnect several times, but that doesn't help. Do you have any ideas on how I can solve the problem?

You should definitely right-click on the speaker / volume icon and then select Troubleshoot / Troubleshoot Sound. Then of course the right audio device. Troubleshoot should then be performed…
