Visual Studio installer does not open?

I have the following problem: I would like to pull Visual Studio (community for 2019) on my Win10 PC. Unfortunately, the installer does not open. It comes only the small window, where I confirm that changes are made to my device, which of course is confirmed.

I have tried the following:

Normal started
started as an administrator
disabled the Defender
started in compatibility mode

Unfortunately, I have no idea how I can force it to start.

It is still easy to install on my Win10 notebook.

Possibly. Does your file have an error? Try downloading the installation file again and quit running all tasks / programs related to Visual Studio in the Task Manager.

Start the computer again and make sure that there's a connection to the Internet. Open the file properties of the installer file, it may be necessary to confirm that the file is safe (since it comes from an external source). Open the file with administrator rights. Whether the tips have led to success, will then show.

Restart the laptop. Maybe what went wrong during the initialization process. Microsoft always painstakingly analyzes your system when installing Visual Studio products, so nothing is broken.

It's just the installer. If I put it on the notebook, it works too. I downloaded it before, did not work.

Restarting unfortunately has not done anything before.

Do you have the latest .NET Framework on it?

Ahh thanks for the hint. Is yes (at least for me) since yesterday night an update. Let's see if it works after that, or if it refuses like the previous version anyway.
