Are 12 Microsoft Visual c ++ normal or too much?

On a laptop that I got in January, there were initially only 3 Microsoft Visual C ++ installed. About 2 weeks ago, in May 2020, Windows 10 was reinstalled - with 12 Visual C ++. 2 of them are from 2005, 2 more from 2008, from 2010, 2012, 2013 and from 2015. I can remember that in the "first" version only 3 Visual C ++ were installed.

Which of the ones I listed can be uninstalled?
