Pixelated font on Windows 10 laptop?

Ever since I emptied the trash, the font was slightly pixelated.

I have already changed the display setting to 100% (solution according to Google)

That this is related to the recycle bin is unlikely, unless you have had any system files in it.

You can try to go to the "clear type" settings and let the text optimization process run through there once, that could be yeast
