Font works on one PC, but not on the other?

I'm having a problem with the following font: Cinzel Decorative Bold

It works wonderfully on my PC. Also on my laptop. Unfortunately not with a very good friend, and now the PowerPoint presentation sent to him looks completely different.

Does anyone know what could be the reason?
