Problem is this:

My PC connects to the router via a Wi-Fi stick (brand new stick, software also new and everything compatible with my Fritz box). Had brought me a new one because I thought the problem lies with the outdated stick.

Still, I have the problem that my PC connects via the stick with the router, but I even after setting the network, etc. No Internet access. Funny thing is that my PC is not assigned an automatic IP address despite DHCP and unrestricted access, and if I assign them manually, I still can't get internet access. It will then show that my PC has no data rate, so no down or upload speed.

Even over a network bridge with my laptop, the router does not let me into the Internet. All other devices are working properly.

All this happened after I put my RAM bars into other slots due to recurring blue screens. The bluescreens disappeared, the Internet with. Meanwhile, I can't even get to my desktop, because the application requires the Microsoft password and this was probably changed for some reason.

I really did not find anyone with this problem. What is the lack of my PC?

I do not have this problem either. It is extremely unlikely that the current problem is due to the replacement of the Ram slots. It is more likely that the configuration attempts have previously brought about the current state.

If you do not come back to your desktop, it's a good time for restore and restart, ie to load your backup, reboot a recovery point, or rebuild Windows. Next time, use local accounts for your users.

If your stick the SSID of the Fritz! Box finds and it depends only on the DHCP is likely that one of your firewalls went out of control. If you adjust the IP manually, you must also default gateway and name server to 192.168.178.1.
