Sufficient memory is relative. For me personally enough, for example, a small SSD with 256 GB of memory. Information on the size of the device would not have been bad. The largest selection is 15.6-inch devices, but if that's too big for you, you could have focused directly on smaller devices.
As far as the hardware is concerned, I would opt for a processor from Intel Core i3 or an AMD Ryzen 3. In addition, 8 GB of RAM and at best an SSD, as this provides again for a decent speed boost.
