About 3mm thick black border top, bottom and right what to do?

I suddenly noticed yesterday that my laptop top, bottom and right shows a black border on (about 3mm thick). Looking at the video, then sometimes a white margin appears on the right side. I have a Nvidia GTX 1650 and Windows 10th I've already tried the resolution back and forth and have synonymous already in the control center on full screen.
