What is favorable for you? I wouldn't buy anything for less than 350 euro, but since you only want to watch series and use office applications, look for at least 4GB RAM, an i3 processor of the 8th generation or better and at least 256GB SSD memory, everything below that is no longer up-to-date. And I would look at a 14 inch screen unless you have an external monitor.
A used Lenovo Thinkpad would also be a good choice for typical office work. Used business lines are usually better than new, cheap customer lines. I think Dell Latitudes is ok too.
