How to use a laptop without a mouse and without a number pad?

My touchscreen laptop fell off. Since then, the mouse has stopped working and the touchscreen has not. The recommendations always refer to Alt + Shift + num, but I don't have a num because I don't have a number block. Can someone help us?

What do you mean by recommendations?

By "recommendations" I meant everything that was previously "recommended" to me on the net.
