Only in principle, notebooks in this price range are not suitable for gaming. Do you ever want to do something other than typing and Sims 4 will surely reach its limits quickly.

I would recommend a notebook with Ryzen 5 3500U, which is ideal for your requirements. SSD is also a must, but is actually standard for devices with the CPU.
