I hope that you can help me with this problem. The fact is that the mouse cursor is extremely delayed in some games. It may be because the mouse cursor looks different on those games. Anyway, I have the same problem with Warframe. Warframe only uses 4 GB of ram and I still have more than enough free space. My laptop has a mere 8 GB of RAM. It also has the 10th generation Core Intel i5 processor. With friends (who have an older or even weaker processor (i3) and a laptop), however, the delay does not exist. I would like to know whether this problem is with the game or with the computer (which I doubt so far).
I have 512 GB, about 50 GB left. I also don't have any other tabs open while playing. I have the graphics at the lowest possible setting.

That's not enough information.
Which CPU & GPU do you have, which resolution are you playing at and what are the fps, temps & loads.
I just guess your hardware is too weak.
By the way, you can find out all the necessary information yourself with an overlay such as Afterburner.
You can usually save the information about the memory, regardless of whether it is volatile or non-volatile, memory can't calculate anything, only store things. First of all, only the execution units are important, i.e. The processors, the central processing unit (CPU) and the graphics processing unit (GPU).
Where can I see the CPU and GPU information?
E.g. Windows button, then tap & select 'computer management', select 'Device manager' in the left menu and there you will find the information under 'Processors' and 'Graphics cards' (just fold out).
