I have a pretty good PC connected to the TV. The TV is unfortunately occupied by my girlfriend. So I like to switch to my laptop. But since he is slowly no longer participating in current games, I'm looking for an alternative. I imagine a kind of screen with keyboard that I can connect to my PC, like a laptop only that the performance comes from the PC. So far I have not found anything like this via google. There's such a thing. The solution is called the KVM console, but is intended for the server area and extremely expensive. Put the PC on a desk and buy a monitor. Then you shouldn't have any problems, apart from that, a television is not the right device for a PC anyway.
I would not now know that there's such a combination, but with steam you can stream your games to the laptop. It works pretty well.
Any smartphone or tablet can do that. My ex-wife is just as open-minded as you are.
