Laptop HDMI to TV picture problem?

I plugged an HDMI from the laptop to the TV and played a game with a bluetooth keyboard. I had to look something in my file folder and put the folder in front of my keyboard u accidentally hit the keys. My game hung up and the picture changed to a HUGE format. With huge font and icons. Everything is good on the laptop, but on the tv it is still displayed as huge. I restarted laptop and plugged in hdmi from u.

When I press duplicate screen it is shown 1: 1 on the tv, but as soon as I only click on the tv screen it is as described above.

Can someone please help me?

You have to set the resolution higher or adapt it to the monitor. And put the scaling down. You can do this in the settings where you are in the photo.

In the Windows display settings for the TV you can set the symbol size in percent, is a slider.

Edit:

You chose the wrong ad, so it's grayed out.

Tip:

With Windows key + P you can switch through the different modes

I just want to project onto the 2nd screen

This is very easy to solve, just change the screen resolution until it suits you. Just click on the 1/2 monitor (depends on what the TV is) and change the screen resolution.

Try right-clicking on the desktop ->

Display settings -> scaling and arrangement.

What happens if you change the percentage there?

Jo

Excellent! It worked!

Have you tried the graphics driver before?

The arrangement there may be more understandable.

I don't have a PC on hand at the moment, otherwise I would go through it with you.

Nothing comes when you click on the advanced scaling settings?

As soon as you have only activated the TV screen as a display, you should also see the settings.

When duplicating, it takes the resolution of the primary display.
