I just decide between a laptop in a PC. Both up to about 800 euro. What advantages does a laptop offer over a PC and vice versa? What would you buy? And what do you think is the best laptop or PC for the price (for working and surfing)?

But they are not until 800 euro… 🧐
Have in Google but the 800.00 € indicated.
A PC has more and more power and a larger screen than a laptop for the same money.
A laptop can be carried much easier and use on the go.
What do you need him for? Do you work on the way? For an office PC 800 euro are too much.
If it must be a laptop, then maybe a used T-series Thinkpad with second-hand warranty from the dealer? You get a lot for your money.
They are all completely bad
Where is this written?
You know that you made a plagiarism here? I hope you are aware of the legal dangers! Rightly, such a thing can be quite expensive. In addition, without the source, the information is completely meaningless, since the demands on a PC can be very different.
Now to the content of your research: The AMD FX-8150 is old. More precisely, it was up to date when the test was published (4.12.2012).
These are vlt the most bizarre PCS!
The only advantage of a notebook or laptop is that it can be used on the go.
The limitations that result from it are its biggest weaknesses.
1) Less powerful CPU and GPU (limitation due to power consumption because otherwise battery operation too short and heat because otherwise too heavy and clunky because of heat dissipation)
2) Can hardly be upgraded but usually only a few components can be expanded. In general, 95% of all notebooks can't be upgraded with either the graphics card or the CPU, as they are soldered firmly to the mainboard and there are no standard components. Only the main memory can usually be limited and a hard drive can often be swapped for a SSD. SSD and HDD can often be exchanged for larger models.
3) For the same performance and quality notebooks are more expensive. That's because less bulky items are used here. Although many OEM manufacturers also produce thousands of identical or similar notebook barebones in notebooks, the number of units is significantly lower than that of large desktop / tower computers.
At 800, - € you do not get a smart long-lived gaming notebook, there are model that the specs are reasonably good, but then it usually lacks in the quality of the components.
Personally, I think I would take the following notebook (if it would have to be a notebook):

and Windows then buy extra.
Or if it may be a desktop tower PC following:

plus monitor:

plus mouse u. Keyboard:

(Mouse and keyboard are cheap components which you should replace with better ones on occasion)
