Pc turns to time with keyboard and mouse?

I have the case recently, with my notebook, that after a while at some point at random, the input of my computer changed and I do not know why. That is, instead of running a normal program with a double left-click, it opens the settings… I know that you can do this with a normal keyboard shortcut, but my calculator does it on its own.

On the subject of viruses, I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with it…

Try to connect a USB mouse and watch if that happens again, if not then maybe your "Touch Mouse" is dirty / broken and jammed.
