What should i press

When I started my laptop I saw that. I don't know my way around so I don't know what to press. Can someone help me out there please. Would be really nice.

Has to do with an update of Windows and / or with a BIOS update.

Is there a lot of important information on the PC? Otherwise you could reboot, it's a problem with Windows or BIOS or something
