My keyboard on my laptop is totally crazy. When I press the space bar it does #, when I press C I can adjust the brightness, when I press X the volume comes up, when I press B comes Bt5v… 😔
Can someone help me?
Realistically, the only thing that helps is swapping the keyboard, because the foils are actually no longer accessible with the current keyboard units in laptops. And there's the bug somewhere. Your keyboard has a bug somewhere in the logic circuit, which if you can get it might be repairable.
Do you have an extra button on your button to activate the double assignment of the buttons? Some keyboards usually have a button at the bottom left to activate special functions.
Layman's solution: Please restart once.
If it doesn't work then, the keyboard is likely to be defective.
Has the laptop ever got liquid - been out in the rain, spilled coffee on it?
Sounds a lot like corroded contacts trigger wrong signals.
Since I've had the situation that Windows apparently didn't notice that the ALT or FN key was no longer held down, I would first restart and see if it works again before I could have a keyboard replaced. 😉
But then "if I press the B comes Bt5v." not happen.

Keyboard broken. What happens when you connect an external keyboard.
Keyboard: scrap (unless someone takes the effort to take the keyboard apart, clean the contacts, and then put everything back together again. With laptop keyboards, this is often not possible without destroying it.)
Laptop: needs a new keyboard.
