I'm looking for a good laptop with around 500 GB of storage for less than 300 euro. I would like to be able to cut videos with good quality with it.

Certainly not for 300 euro. Save something, for 500 euro you can get a laptop with Ryzen 7, they perform well.
Now you can cut the videos, but the slower the PC, the longer it takes to process.
Above all, you need a lot of ram for this. Graphics performance would make sense yes, but if you have enough ram it works halfway.
The hard drive that is built in doesn't matter, because you can simply buy it new. You can just use it.

There are a lot of models and we're not all the prices in mind I would recommend you look for one with a Ryzen e.g. 4700
