What should the laptop be for? To surf, to study, to play?

I have an Asus Transformer Mini on the go. This is a 2 in 1 where I can take off the keyboard to use it as a tablet. It is not the fastest, but anyway I only need it for surfing or writing something or for Exel. The price at that time was believed to be 400 euro.
