Tax deduct laptop for the first degree?

Re

I just started to study architecture (first degree) and now need a new laptop. Since these CAD programs have to deal with these are a bit expensive (about 1,000 euro +)

Now my question;

Could I tax a laptop with the value of 1,600 euro? And does the tax office recognize this?

After all, it's expenses for studying, you can at least half deduct it, if you use it partly for study and partly for gaming and other.

You do not need a computer that costs so much for CAD programs. But yes you can deduct him from the tax. But probably not 100%. https://www.uniturm.de/magazin/finanzen/student-notebook-von-der-steuer-absetzen-1338

Re

Thank you for the fast answer. That's true that would also be enough for runt 900 euro at the moment. I thought that one with the latest graphics card but maybe for the whole 5 years with the new software is clear?

Re

This laptop would only be for the study thought (because I have a private one but unfortunately not with CAD is clear). Would I have to prove that somehow?

In any case, I would keep the bill and first try to sell it completely. If the tax office does not agree, you can still talk it out.

Re

That's true.

Gladly:-)

And what taxes do you want to deduct?

Let's face it: you just want to buy a gaming laptop
