Deduct your laptop from tax as a student?

I have a question about my tax return. First of all, I don't know anything about the subject. I graduated from high school in 2019 and then started studying. Last year I bought a notebook because of the online lectures. In 2020 I only worked once in a short-term job during the semester break, where I paid a certain amount of income tax, but did not pay any "real" taxes, i.e. No taxable income because I did not earn through the basic tax allowance. Can I still state the invoice for my notebook (cost about 500 euro) in the tax return (which I do to get my income tax back anyway) in order to get more money back / to receive a loss carryforward or is it only possible if I had earned more than the basic tax credit?

Ha

This is only possible if you have paid taxes at all. If you are supported by your parents, they can deduct this from their taxes.

You can't get anything back from the tax as it is your initial education

If you paid taxes (i.e. Not social security) at work, you will get it back in full.

Loss carryforward is only possible with overall negative income, so you should end up in the negative area for the income minus computer costs, this will not work if you have paid taxes. In addition, loss carried forward is only recognized for second training and it is your first training.
