Keyboard, louder, quieter?

I can no longer regulate louder, lighter, darker with my laptop. So it's all about settings; -;

I guess that happened after the Windows update.

should i uninstall all updates? What would you recommend?

How about if you prefer to install the updates for your laptop from the manufacturer instead of uninstalling Windows updates?

I did that. Has brought nothing.

I also reset the computer, hoping that it will work. Wasn't the case.
