Is there a good app for the laptop where you can upload stories?

So I'm looking for an app or website where I could upload my stories. The story (s) are not finished yet but there's such a page / app where I can upload the continuation of my story every Friday (eg).

You could upload your story on Instagram, maybe you read some people XS there
