As soon as I upload a file, be it on a gameserver, Dropbox, Google Drive or other… Is my upload at the beginning COMPLETE normal. But over time it goes down from 6 Mbits to 20 Kbits.
Example:
A ZIP file: 132MB → I'll upload it to Dropbox. First, Dropbox says 8 seconds. Then the download stops and as soon as it goes on only 1%, it means that it needs 2 minutes. Exactly the same with Google Drive and other online cloud services. It's always the same… First 8 seconds, then 2 minutes, then 1 minute 30 seconds, then 44 seconds, then 11 seconds, then 1 (VERY LONG) second and then it's uploaded. It really ALWAYS runs exactly like that. No matter what service.
Before now a technician comes and thinks I have no idea.

PC restarted.
About wlan the same tried. (EXACT same result)
The LAN cable checked.
All devices including routers assigned new IPs.
Other files looked if the same thing happened. (Yes, it does)
Other services tried.
Another PC tested.
And I can't test more in my power.
My provider has told me that it is not my line… As soon as I upload something the complete 6 MBits will be used. What also says the web interface of my Fritzbox. But WHERE, HOW or WHERE are the other 4-5 Mbits used. Other PCs in the same household (even a laptop from the friend) do the same so a virus on my PC can't be! For this I have checked him with different virus programs. Free and few paid.

Do a SpeedTest from Vodafone and watch how your upload behaves in the test. Will he slow down? Will he stay the same fast?
